How do I track my order?

Every order from Health Forest is shipped with comprehensive tracking for your convenience and peace of mind. To ensure the security of your package, a signature will be required upon delivery; this policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number. This allows you to easily follow the journey of your package and know exactly when to expect its arrival.

How long does ordering processing take?

Your order is typically processed within a timely manner, either on the same business day or the following day, depending on when it is placed. If you submit your order before noon, you can expect it to be processed on the same day. However, if your order is placed after noon, it will likely be processed the next business day.

In approximately 95% of cases, orders placed after noon are processed as described. However, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the processing time may extend a bit longer than usual occasionally.

Additionally, please be aware that if you place an order over the weekend, it will not be processed until the next business day. Our warehouse is closed on weekends, which means that all orders made during that time will be attended to once business resumes.

When should I expect my delivery?

Our estimated delivery time typically ranges from 3 to 5 business days, and this can vary based on your location within the European Union. Keep in mind that the delivery timeframe also relies on the moment we receive your order. Our warehouse is diligently staffed and operates from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT+1).

Please be aware that orders will not be shipped during weekends or on major holidays, which may affect your overall delivery time. Thank you for your understanding!

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

We diligently strive to ensure the prompt delivery of your parcel. However, once it is handed over to the courier, third-party carriers manage the shipping process.

While significant delays are infrequent, should you believe that your parcel is experiencing a substantial delay, has been returned to the sender, or is missing, we kindly ask that you reach out to us through Facebook Messenger or by emailing our dedicated customer service department. To facilitate the quickest possible response, please include your order number and the name under which the order was placed..

We appreciate your inquiries and strive to respond to all queries within a maximum of 48 hours. During weekdays, you can often expect a quicker response, as our team is more readily available to assist you. Please keep in mind that our customer service operations are paused on weekends. As a result, any messages received during that time will be answered on the following business day.
